thanks! Beth

Talking Thanks RB

Hey, I loved the webcast by Dr. Holick, thanks. It was packed with valuable information on vitamin D, was funny, extremely interesting and educational. Everyone here would benefit to listen!

Yes,the sunshine vitamin decreases breast tumor proliferation and increases differantiation to stop breast cancer in its tracks. However, as the webcast points out, you need at least 75nmol/L to get get vitamin D3 to work on the cellular tumor level. I will be checking my level in a few weeks. Hope it is up there.

PS. I am finally starting to read your book and find it very interesting, up-beat and motivational. ( will give you a good review when I finish it)

is 95mnol too much

for R.B. or others, is 95mnol/l getting to be too much?
I read all the articles and have more regularly been taking 400iu 2 times a day and was expecting to have to take more and order vitamin D capsules but now that this test came back at this level I'm wondering whether I'm getting enough already. any thoughts? not sure my docs here are so up on this stuff.
thanks
sarah
