Wink CHOCOLATE - the "unadulterated" Truth

Good morning all you Chocolate Lovers!

Living in Seattle never ceases to be interesting! Yesterday's front page newspaper story was one that intermingled a cancer researcher (from my cancer center) and a new(ish) chocolate manufacturer. Add one scientist to what normally passes for "chocolate" and he will dig down to the bare bones and give you back the essence of a "targeted therapy!"

A snippit:
"Andy McShea is a Harvard-trained molecular biologist using his scientific talent in Seattle to promote "true chocolate" and steer consumers away from inadvertently ingesting all that other brown sweet stuff he says is often unhealthy, morally questionable and not the real thing.

For more information, visit theochocolate.com.

ยท Theo Chocolate trying to change how business is done
"We like to call it 'mockolate,' " said McShea, his British accent rising with indignation. "Most of the stuff sold as chocolate out in the world today is not really chocolate."

For the rest of the article:

You Chocoholics will LOVE McShea's motto: Better Science Through Chocolate.
