Re: Genentech's Perjeta regimen gets FDA Priority Review for HER2-positive early stag
Does anyone know if the neoadjuvant treatment is solely Perjeta without chemo, and what do they consider early stage? Is it tumor size below 1cm?

Stage IIb Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Pagets, 3 of 15 positive nodes
Traditional Treatment: Mastectomy and Axillary Node Dissection followed by Taxotere, 6 treatments and 1 year of Herceptin, no radiation
