I also have been having slightly elevated liver panels. Mine is not with the ALT or AST, but with the bilirubin scores. They tend to fluctuate just above and beyond the high end of normal. My oncologist was not the least concerned and he said it looked like a normal variant or something they call Gilbert's Syndrome and is quite common and of no clinical significance. My internist wanted to be very conservative so she just had me do an ultrasound of the abdominal area and it all came out fine.
