To Lani, Flori, Cynthia and others interested in the tissue sample project.

I had previously discussed such a project with Dr. Debu Tripathy who is now editor in chief of Cure Magazine. He may be very helpful in helping organize such a project.

Christine has her tissue samples at home, top left drawer in the credenza.

Regards
Joe

Question Dr. Tripathy

Yes, Joe. I was there in San Antonio in 2005 at the Genentech reception when the thought to put forward a study for just HER2's was mentioned in company of Dr. Tripathy and a couple of other noteworthys. I was excited about the idea then and recall that he felt such to be a worthy project. He is one of a few researchers who have focused on HER2.
Dr. Edith Perez at Mayo's Jacksonville is another who presents a lot of research.

Noticing in the last issue of CURE Dr. Tripathy's involvement there, I wondered if the tissue project would ever have room in his life.

Should we contact him with what has been put forward here to date?
