	 | Three years ago I had taxol, carboplatin, and herceptin 3 weeks on and one off. I was given a smaller dose then the once every three week schedule. This worked well to bring tumor markers down and keep active bone mets stable. I also had zometa monthly for bone mets. |

	 | I did dose dense (every 2 weeks) because my best friend was getting married on her birthday after "dating" the guy for 24 years!!!  I had to get to Las Vegas in time to be the matron of honor....bald tho I was.....

 Dec 2004  2nd lumpy for clean DCIS margins.
 
 Jan/Feb 2005 4 A/C dose dense;
 33 rads finished 6/2005;
 Began  5 years Arimidex in 6/2005
 No Herceptin
 9/2007 Quit Arimidex due to severe side effects.

	 | I had regular dose (A/C every three weeks, then taxotere/herceptin weekly) and think dense probably would have been better.  But I wanted to keep working, and it was almost 2 years ago, so  I'm assuming the data favoring dense dose wasn't as clear.  In any case, I'm doing fine.  L |

	 | I had A/C every 3 weeks for 12 weeks and I get herceptin every 3 weeks except the first 2 doses were weekly with the first one being a loading dose.

 Dose dense A/C followed by Taxol with herceptin (herceptin started with my first Taxol treatment)  Taxol every 2 weeks and herceptin every 3.
