Serving Size?

Not that this is a big deal but when you are trying to fit in 9 servings a day of fruits and veggies...

What do you ladies consider a serving size? I always thought 1/2 cup = a serving size but when I was going through treatment my dietitian told me it was 1 cup.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Karen

Karen if you find it is too difficult getting enough vegies and fruit you can purchase vegie caps and fruit caps at the health food store to take. I am sure the fresh ones are the best but the other can be used. With the freeze in CA. and the fruit situation we may all have to resort to the caps end up in the poor house!! hugs, Sandy
