Learned lesson not to ignore.....

While this has nothing to do with breast cancer, it does have to do with some of us ignoring symptoms until it is too late.

A friend of ours was admitted to the hospital last week with flesh eating bacteria. This started out as a pimple and turned into a wound 12 inches long by 3 inches wide. If he had waited another two hours to go to the emergency room we would have been visiting him in the funeral home.

Please everyone, say a prayer for my friend, Sal and his family.

Love and Blessings,
Lu Ann

Prayers on the way

Hi Lu Ann,

I will pray for Sal and his family and of course you as his friend. My dear friend in Florida had something like this recently, but by the Grace of God, not nearly as severe. Her doctor thought it was a boil and from her symptoms I thought she might have shingles. She had to have some surgery on it and is still taking heavy doses of antibiotics weeks later. On top of this, her 3 1/2 year old grandson Kyle was diagnosed with Medulla Blastoma a few days before the New Year. All we can do these days is to pray for one another.

God Bless.

Sincerely,

Liz J.
