Healed bone met???
I keep seeing posts that talk about bone mets that have healed. Will bone mets heal without any therapy, or do you need rads or chemo to make them heal?
The reason I am asking, is because my very dear friend who helped me through my journey last year, started having lots of pain and trouble walking in December. Long story short, they found that she had hip fractures for no apparent reason (no falls, etc), so they said mets but did another x-ray and said they were healing, so they were not met??? They then said that she was one of the 4% who got fractures from using Arimidex.
I still worry but maybe but I guess the docs know what they are doing. Right???
