DELIGHTED for you.
1. Re Fish oil - Do you have any more detail in Omega 3 Forte.
A good fish oil has about 500- 800 mg of DHA and EPA per teaspoon.

This one is well priced, packed in nitrogen, has a pleasant lemon tasts and no cod liver after taste or repeating. It looks like it comes from part of the world. I have no interst or connection to them. I ordered from them and found them friendly and efficient.
A trial cited in a lecture suggested that the body's DHA uptake tails off at about 2 grams a day, BUT I suppose that is for those who are otherwise healthy no digestive issues etc. (ie your digestive system is capable of absorbing what you put in it). So maybe 2 grams might be a starting point to think about.
AND balancing or better the omega threes and sixes from everything I read is a key factor, so it will also depend how much omega six you consume.
2. Re milk and digestion I have just purchased and started a book called "Breaking the Vicious Cycle Intestinal Health Through Diet" Elaine Gottschall. It is about Chrohn's celiac etc but seems well written to the point clear and considered. Per the book fluid milk and some dairy products are a no fro those suffering problems. It looks at sugar absortion and digestion. It flags up grains and beans as potential issues too fro those with problems. I am only a couple of chapters in but I would recommend it. It is available on the net.
Good digestion is from what I read an essential factor. Poor digestion leads to leaky gut, susceptability to infection Helobacter etc, giving rise to a cylce of low inflamation that put the rest of the body on alert etc.
Cracking the Metabolic Code James B LaValle is another book I would recommend.
As usual please talk to your advisors, as in the absence of trials I can only try and summarise and provides links to what I have been reading .
