This is a must "listen to" for understanding why herceptin works and its relationship with the PI3K pathway. I've said all along that inhibition of PI3K would greatly enhance herceptin, EGFR and VEGF. It's all here on a wencast at this link:

Go to the main menu, chose mini symposium 5 and then chose the second lecture which is "Tarketting PI3K pathways in breast cancer"

I have a MAC--I clicked on the main menu and it only went as far as minisyposium 4. It said I need Flash 6 and Netscape 4--I only have Safari, IE and Firefox and am not great at downloading and installing programs. I am still waiting for my SABCC CD--registered at the meeting and once again online and never got either! May try once more on the link you provided. Any ideas?
