Perhaps curcumin is a natural cox2 inhibitor..............

which promotes its antitumor effect.Yes, we all have been talking about how turmeric decreased lung mets in lab animals. And a number of us take turmeric. Now here is an article on the molecular rationale for tumeric (curcumin's) anti-tumor effect.See link below.
