Hi msal,

If you go up to Quick Links, you will see a link for vaccine trials, or clinical trials.
The ones that I have read about are the ones at the U of Wash and one in PA.
Michelleu is currently or just finished going thru the one in Washingon.

Also, if you want to research all clinical trials you can go to www.clinicaltrial.gov. I hope this helps. Best to you.

Hi;

Thanks to the site and contact info posted by Lolly, I emailed Patty Fintak at paf3@u.washington.edu who handles the original screening of applicants for the vaccine trial there. I am now being considered for the vaccine given while taking Herceptin and have just received the authorization forms to release my medical records. Her phone number is 206 543-6620. My own question regarding vaccines relates to a question of "which vaccine trial is the most advanced/best one right now"? I understand from a post I read before that MD Anderson is currently offering a "three pronged" vaccine trial as opposed to the "one pronged" (??) one being offered at U of W. I am not sure what this means, if this trial is better or who to contact to ask. I am hopeful someone will answer this here. All the best to you. These vaccines sound wonderful to me!!!!
