Path Report reveal HER/2 pos now HER/2 neg?????

Hello Everyone.

I hope you all can help me out I am confused with the path reports. When I had my core biopsy my results were HR2/positive. Had lumpectomy path report shows HR2/negative???? IDC clear margins and DSIC positive margins, neg nodes. Can someone please share some insight on these reports. Blessings!

Like most tests, there are some errors. Your oncologist should order a retest on the tissue sample.
