Soy

Hi everyone, I read the ASCO news regarding soy and emailed Diane Dyer RD and thought I would share her response. My question in blue, her answer in red.

There is not really any new information here except a survey from one
hospital. It adds nothing to the scientific understanding of how soy
foods act in the body. I have info on my web site's page of Q&A about
my thoughts regarding consumption of soy foods for breast cancer
survivors. I had ER+ tumors in 1995 and have consumed 1-3 servings of
soy foods daily since then without a recurrence.
