Fish, Nuts, Flax recipes

Hi everyone! I emailed the dietician who created the Breast Cancer diet I have posted on here as well as follow and asked her a few questions. Some VERY interesting responses that I thought I would share w/ you. My questions in blue, her answer in red. Take care.

I am assuming it means albacore (white) tuna. However, albacore is
higher in mercury than *light* tuna therefore now I only eat *light*
tuna.

brazil nuts are highest in selenium, hazelnuts are highest in a
compound like Taxol. I eat all nuts.

Have not tried one. Maybe there is one on www.FlaxRD.com

I spoke there last February but nothing has been planned for the future.

Thanks for the feedback. AICR is a wonderful organization.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness. I don't need or accept personal
donations for my web site, but if desired, you can make a donation
directly to my endowment at AICR. Write "Diana Dyer Endowment" on the
check's memo plus also write a letter addressed to Heather Morgan, VP
of Development at AICR, 1759 R Street NW, Washington, DC 20009,
explaining where you would like your donation to go. That would be very
kind and helpful as so much more research is needed about nutrition for
cancer survivors.
