Thanks for letting me post for a moment in your community.
My name is Greg and I am new to your board. I am writing to share a site I started...a website at
http://www.wikicancer.org. It is an online community for people dealing with cancer, their loved ones, survivors, and anyone else affected by this struggle. I thought that people here might appreciate it, either reading or contributing to the site. It is a wiki, which means that you can adjust, add to, or completely change the content on any page. There are instructions on how to do this on the site. The content is going to be geared towards education, with facts for people who need them, and personal stories when people are willing to share all about different types of cancer. Of course with the prevalence of breast cancer, people will need real information from real people.
Email me anytime with questions about the site. I am out of town this week so I might be a little slow in responding, but will be in touch whenever I can get to a computer.
The site will only be as good as the contributions from people, so if you feel up to it, I would love to have you contribute.
