Hi Laurie,

The support group at Fairview Southdale meets Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00. Call Nancy at (952) 836-3606 for info.

Also, the MOHF Community Cancer Seminsars After Cancer Wellness Series 2005 has the following topics: Managing fatigue (9/15), Fear of Recurrence (10/13), Stress Management after cancer (11/10), Honoring Your Experience (12/8). These are in St. Paul on University Ave. Call (651)
602-5354 for info.

This is all I found at my appt. today. If I hear of anything else I will let you know. Hang in there on the Taxol. I am now 1 week out from #12. I know it takes a few months to recover completely, they say maybe even up to six, but just not getting "hit" again today felt so good!! Also, my onc. is switching me to every three weeks on the Herceptin. She said she has received information supporting this as a better option.

Hi Cheryl, Thanks for the info. I went to one of the MOHF seminars on eating for recovery, which was really good. I think I will check out some more of them.

I am feeling pretty crummy after #11 taxol, but can't wait to get #12 over this Thurs! I will be interested to hear how long it took you to start feeling better .

Laurie
