What are the closest airports to you? Any way to go by train?

I have a great travel agent if you need one, let me know (you pay a tiny fee for them to take all the responsibility to get you there hassle-free vs Expedia, Travelocity, which take no responsibility. You may need a changeable ticket. More details on your needs, please.

Best of luck,
Lani

If you are near Omaha, the airlines serving you are:
Airline Reservations With Links
America West Airlines
800-247-5692
American Airlines
800-368-1955
Continental Airlines
800-525-0280
Delta Air Lines
800-221-1212
Frontier Airlines
800-432-1359
Midwest Airlines
800-452-2022
Northwest Airlines
800-225-2525
Southwest Airlines
800-435-9792
United Airlines
800-241-6522

If you are closer to Montana, etc. Alaska Air often has good fare sales. Otherwise, Southwest has nice policies if you can't fly ie, can count fare toward another ticket for 12 months' time.

All the best,
LANI

Michelle,

Southwestern Airlines has the best deals if you book online and well in advance.

God willing, I am going to the UofW trial also. I just had a MUGA and pray that my heart is OKAY!

Now....do you know anyone who has "frequent flyer miles"? They may be willing to part with a few miles for you. Also, there are private pilots who transport cancer patients to treatment. "Sky Angels" come to mind.

Michelle, we drive from our home in Oregon, so I can't help you with flight info, but check around for a hotel/motel that has a discount (10%) for patients of UW, and also a shuttle bus service to UW. That will save money and time! Glad you're in the trial, that's great news!

<3,
Lolly

Michelle I recently utilized Flight Angels to go to MDAnderson for my follow up. These folks are terrific. The flight was FREE and they were as kind and accomodating as could be. I found the trip in a small 4 seater aircraft to be a whoot!
Hope its OK to post their URL????
