Thanks so much for posting this. I'm always trying to read whatever I can to help Rachel figure out what is best to add to her daily supplements.
The only thing I'd add is that women who are strongly er+ might want to track down whether any elements of the cox-2 inhibitors are estrogenic and then decide for themselves what the cost/benefit on it is.
I know that garlic and green tea and quercetin are supposedly particularly good as cox-2 inhibitors so they are worth looking into.
And as always it's good to check the sloan kettering supplement website as well as Muriel Montrbriand's recent series of online articles in Oncology Nursing Forum to double check for possible interactions etc.
