Are any of these vaccines ever going to be released or spend forever in trial. I feel like a lot of us are time bombs just waiting to go off.

I sympathize, but in most cases the the new therapies have to go through three phases before the company can apply to the FDA for release. Once in a while the process gets speeded up if a drug shows such clear benefit in early trials that it would be unethical to keep it from patients. That was the case with Gleevec.
I think we're probably still at least a couple of years away from clinical use with most of the vaccines. But after these early phase trials establish safety and tolerability, we should start seeing Phase 3 trials designed to include earlier stage patients, so hang in there, and be hopeful.

Love, Lolly
