New site

Dear All,
Have been exploring this site. It seems very powerful... a veritable community... and rather complex. My brain is still trying to get around it. Does anyone have any quick tips for a computer clutz on how to use all the fine detail? For example I tried getting on the live chat but couldn't connect, so any helpful hints about that? And what does guided and normal mode mean?

PS Joe, what a blue folder mean? I can see pink, red and purple but no blue!

Vicki - For what it's worth, many of us are having the same problems (see about 6 of the previous 12 posts. I think we just will have to be patient and hopefully when Joe come back and has time he can put a tutorial on here for us.

As to the colors, I think a hot pink box means unread, light pink means read, and blue means you've responded to. At least that's what it seems like. Try doing a response and see if the color changes....
