Find a BETTER DOCTOR !!! 2nd Opinion NOW

Get your relative AWAY from the person who can do nothing more for her!!! You have to get her to a real Oncologist and soon!! Look at this board, you will find ladies who are survivors, ladies who have had or are dealing with problems similar to your relative’s. There are treatments, there are survivors, and there is hope. Do not accept one person’s opinion even if he is a doctor, remember that a full 50% of all doctors graduated in the bottom half of their class. Find one from the other half!!

If you can give more details as to the type of BC, is it HER2 or Estrogen Receptive? What treatment if any is she receiving? What about age and date of diagnosis? Someone on this board has been there and has survived, perhaps just to give you hope. God works in mysterious ways.

Whether a doctor came top of bottom of his class is irrelevant. What is important is your confidence in his knowledge and skill, as well as trust, communication and empathy.
