They waited six weeks after surgery to start chemo, but I also had a short break as I had rads mid chemo (on a trial) so that lengthened the period of my chemo.

I think I am going to have trouble getting Herceptin as I am in the UK and it is not given out as often as it should be due to the cost.

I am really frightened now, thinking that CMF may not be of any use to me and onc. doesn't want to change regime.

BTW if my tumour was 25% HER2+ does that mean that I overexpress that gene but that only 25% of my tumour cells were taking it up? I don't really understand how it works.
