To ERICA from LINDA - ARNICA

Hi Steph: I had forgotten that my clinical trial nurse had given me a VCR tape made by a woman who had had a mastectomy. This woman had taught Yoga before being diagnosed with BC. I used it right after my mastectomy but then as I got back into the usual hectic pace of my life I didn't seem to have time for it anymore. I'll have to see if I can find it and start to use it again.
In an earlier post you mentioned a product called ARNICA massage oil. Where do you get it? Take Care, Linda

I get a brand of Arnica massage oil at our local co-op. It is called WELEDA and is made in Germany. The box says it is distributed by a brance in New York, so you should be able to find it online if one of your local naturopaths or massage therapists can't find it for you. I use it for my hands when they are dry and achy as well as my calves when I get those awful cramps.
