Can you get Lymphoedema in the neck?

Hi all, my neck is really swollen on the right side, opposite to my mastectomy side but have had radiation there as well, and I am having chemo for the positive node that has taken for ever to prove, hoping it is just that and I am having my second dose of carboplatin with herceptin tomorrow, so I am looking for a miracle.

I now have edema on my BC side.I had rads and chemo to my neck area.After a fall in March I have mild edema.I went to a Lymphedema therapist and it has helped.I also went to see my rads doctor.She put me on Trental this will help the blood flow in this area.It had got hard.Also told to take 1000 units of E with this.With you still on chemo the E would be out.I do not know if this helps.Best to you.
