Eating out organic isn't easy - there is one upscale restaurant here in Vancouver, WA that serves only organic, and one nice breakfast/lunch place in Seattle in the UW area that I eat at when in town; other than that I figure it's what I eat on a daily basis that counts, not what I eat every now and then. Also, "eating out" for me is often at friends houses and we do pot luck, and my few close friends also are into organic, and try to cook non-dairy/low carb/low sugar for me.

However, when eating non-organic at restaurants, I tend to eat seafood/veges/salad as what I really try to avoid are the growth hormones and antibiotics in meat, chicken and dairy.

Vicki - yes, my husband and I love red wine, especially cabernet and shiraz!
