I am so sorry to be the naysayer here, but I believe VERY strongly that pregnancy is not a good idea after breast cancer. If you want to see what you might be dealing with, check out
www.healingwell.com and look on the breast cancer message board. There are at least two women on there who were doing fine UNTIL they got pregnant. One of them was barely even stage 1 until she got pregnant. I urge you to think carefully if your family planning should include bearing your own children, rather than adopting. The thought of having a mets diagnosis while pregnant is just so devestating.
