Hi Ladies: In reference to the post 2 below.....it would be interesting to find out how many of us are ER+/PR+, HER2+++, pre or post menopauseal and what we are taking for it. I will go first: ER+/PR+, HER2+++, Pre-men.(age 52), Tamoxifen

sister 41 yrs, pre-men., HER2+/ER+
Following initial diagnosis she was put on Arimidex...evidently it did not work. She is now on Herceptin with Taxol and will take only Herceptin following this treatment.

Hi Linda

40 years old, dx at 39, bone mets also.

ER+ (50%)
PR+ (10%)
HER2/Neu+ (2+) - hoping Herceptin will still help!
Pre-menopausal, but on Zoladex and having ovaries removed next month.
Taking Arimidex and Bonefos (Bisphosphanate)

Love Ally xx

I have bone mets & a few small brain mets; my original breast cancer was DCIS (pre-invasive or so we thought!). The mets is ER/PR+ and HER2+ (about a 2.5 - borderline). I am in surgical menopause because I had a complete hysterectomy. I am 38 years old. Am taking arimidex, weekly herceptin & navelbine, and zometa for bone repair.
