One important thing on RSR 13, since it is only currently available in a clinical trial, you should know that they will exclude Cyndi if she has any other radiation to her brain first outside of the trial. If you decide to do the RSR 13, you have to do it up front with whole brain.
There are always these wrinkles aren't there.
By the way, my rad onc at UCLA said I wouldn't be a candidate because at the time my lung mets required me to be on oxygen. Apparently, RSR can cause the oxygen level to be lowered and the check this very carefully as part of their screening. I know Cyndi has lung mets but I don't know if it affects her oxygen.
