Thanks to everyone in this group for making me feel welcome. The one thing both my wife and I have noticed is that as soon as you mention the "C" word, people go out of there way to avoid you. Even my wife's brother hasn't asked us how she is doing since her dx. in october last year. This site makes cancer a less lonely place.

And a better site you won't find for this expereince. Welcome and it is just so great to see all of these caring and actively supporting husbands joining in-thanks you Al and welcome.

Al,

I wish of course that you didn't have to visit this site but I think that it is wonderful that you are reaching out for support and understanding in this difficult time.

Hopefully we will all be able to give you ideas, experiences and support in these next few months as you need them. Please tell your wife that there are many of us out here that understand where she is and wish her peace.
