Glad this site has given you the info you needed.
My own experience with Taxol and Herceptin was very good - but I also had Navelbine along with those drugs. Knocked my mets completely out.
There are others who have posted here who also had good response with this combo, not needing to add another drug.

Herceptin is a piece of cake. I had taxotere, not taxol, but I understand they are similar. I had bone and joint pain about 3 days out, lasting 2-3 days, heartburn the day after, and a little neuropathy. That was pretty much it - not too terribly bad. (But worse that A/C, which I thought must have been a placebo with my lack of side effects). ha, ha
