no shortness of breath

I didn't have shortness of breath or swollen ankles or anything like that. Just symptoms of severe heartburn. I see my doctor on the 22nd. Since all the symptoms are now gone, I don't think a doctor could tell me anything. Don't you have to go in WHILE you are having the attack? I know heart and heartburn symptoms are very similar. I will tell my doctor on the 22nd though. Thanks for all your input... Hugs, Lola
