i think that nowadays they treat ALL her2neu positive breast cancers aggressively, node positive or not. the difference between now and two years ago is enormous. i feel lucky that i HAD positive nodes so that i got all of the treatment i got...my friend was node negative her2neu positive and only got A/C, and she recurred a few months later, and when she was treated for her recurrence, she got the same exact drugs that i got in the adjuvant setting. see what i mean?
