Hi:

I seem to remember a article about Paxil and Breast caner on this board but I can't find it. I know there was a large Canadian study that indicated Paxil resulted in a seven fold increased risk of breast cancer but I thought there was a more recent study with different results. Do any of your happen to remember the details of the second study. Hopefully it wasn't sponsored by the parent drug company. My oncolgist often prescribes Paxil for his patients. I would appreciate any help you can give in finding the second study. Thanks.

Here are a couple of areas you can read. They are www.prozactruth.com/cancer.htm and http://www.mercola.com/2000/june/24a...ast_cancer.htm My oncologist doesn't agree with this however, I look at it they don't know everything and what they may disagree with today may turn out to be true a few years later with more research. One has to do what they feel comfortable with. I hope this helps. Hugs, Sandy
