Moderated Chat Sunday on Her 2 Biochemical Mechanisms and Origins

Just a reminder that on Sunday, January 1 at 8pm there will be a new moderated chat on Her 2 Biochemical Mechanisms and a brainstorm on possible origins. Gina Popp will be a guest moderator along with Maryanne and me.

We look forward to seeing you in the chat room on New Years Day evening for another informative evening.

In the next day or so, Maryanne and I will post the next 3 chat subjects for the upcoming weeks.

See you soon in the chat room.

Happy New Year

Becky and Maryanne

I promise to ask. I will say that in speaking with Gina (in regard to citrus) - she says that having citrus juices at the same time as injesting oleic acid (ie - olive oil or walnuts) cuts down on the absorption of oleic acid. Therefore, you can have that glass of orange juice later in the day but not within a few hours of the olive oil.

Calcium and iron are supposedly bad because they are oxidants and provide free radicals in the body (which damage cells which is why antioxidants are taken).

Best regards

Becky

Just a reminder this evening 8:00pm EST we will be having our first moderated chat for the new year on Her2 Biochemical Mechanisms and Origins. Gina Popp will be the guest moderator along with Becky and myself.

Having your input as to how Her2 came about for you and why should make for an interesting discussion.

Wishing you all an abundance of miracles for the New Year!

Maryanne and Becky
