Hey friends,

Thanks for the reply. I am 5 years out since my initial dx. I had the A/C & taxol regimen but was on the arm that did not receive herceptin, double masectomy-no radiation. I had a total hysterectomy 11 years ago due to a very extreme case of endometriosis that created a tumor the size of a grapefruit (so no tamoxifin for me). This tumor was attached to my bladder. Maybe there is a connection to my problem from that.

I am hoping your right and it is rare for the HER2 cancer to spread to the bladder. So if there are any ladies out there that ended up having it in your bladder or intestines, please let me know your circumstance. Perhaps other would like to hear about it since it is rare.

I really appreciate the feed back.
Kathy

kathy,
are you on Herceptin now, or is it too far out? What stage were you in? I'm a nurse, and i see alotttt of women come in with the stuff that your having. (Including me) Are you having any blood in your urine? That's a sign of bladder cancer, but i have blood in my urine and my urine test did show bladder infection, so i'm going with that. My grandma had bladder cancer, but did not have breast cancer. Have you gone to the dr. yet about it?
