Suplements can be well intended, but not always worth its cost as there is no real proof on more than one valid study. I have done my research over the years and have drawn the following conclusions. To protect my brain and my heart and promote cellular energy, I take the all inclusive CO-Q10, about 300mgs daily gives me the confidence and security I need. Overdoing any supplement can perform as a drug that can lead us to other potential problems. I always recommend eating a wide variety of foods,eg. veggies, legumes, some whole grains and low sugar diet w/fruit.

Don't forget that exercising regularly can be a definite PLUS along with a healthy diet. I find that walking gets me where I want to be mentally and physically.

Think Healthy
Hugs, Christine
