Some of us have been taking CoQ-10 which is a naturally occuring enzyme which has been shown in a few small studies to stabalize or even reverse heart failure in some cases. Here's a link to one study I found, and if you want more information just enter "CoQ-10" into a search engine, like Google, and you'll get LOTS of references. Unfortunately, most of them are commercial sites wanting to sell it to you, so you have to sift through them to find the informative bits.
I've been taking 100 mg. a day for a couple of years now, and my ejection fraction has hovered around the mid 50's.
