Apigenin is a flavonoid found mostly in parsley and celery. It induces apoptosis of HER2/neu in HER2/neu overexpressing cancer cells. Articles can be found with a search on the web. The research at this point is in the lab but anything that inhibits HER2/neu is worth trying.
