a hairdresser told me you should leave in a little of the cream rinse, don't rinse it all out. Also you could put a little olive or avocado oil on your hair - the Italians use that - on their bodies as well. Heated up a little might even work better. At the cancer hospital here, an esthetician suggested oils as well and also coconut or cacao oil on the skin. Her feeling was use as natural as possible. and of course we want to avoid parabens.

Surgery 4/5/2016 Mastectomy: Left; Reconstruction w/silicone implant
Chemotherapy 7/6/2016 TCH 4 rounds
1 year total Herceptin
Arimidex 5 year plan (stopped after 1 year due to unmanageable SEs)
Tamoxifen started 10/2017
