My wife is getting into the SOPHIA trial with Margetuximab + chemo. Here in California it is a blinded trial. THe options are MGAH22+chemo or Herceptin+chemo. We are not sure which side we are going to fall under. Yes, you need to have tried H+P, TDM1 also some other form of chemo. Initially they were apprehensive whether my wife would qualify however, Abraxane and Taxotere are considered the same line of drugs so we narrowly qualified for this trial.
