St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, Mo.*Dr. Patricia Limpert (Breast Surgeon)
*Dr. J. Daniel Cuevas (hematologist/medical oncologist) St. Luke's West Medical Building his nursing staff Debbie, Jackie, Julie, and Brittany and his quite delightful receptionist/bookkeeper/test scheduler/pleasant face greeting you/ Kathy
*Dr. David Butler, radiation oncologist along with his rather extensive staff of RN's, radiation technologists, receptionists, physicists, dosemetrist, and the folks that maintain and calibrate the machinery.
The folks who did the muga scans, MRI's, CT scans, Blood Transfusions, the insurance billing, that kept the building clean, that gave me directions.

I will be forever grateful to all of you, and I thank you for giving me a chance to continue on with my life. I highly recommend each and every one of them!
