Re: Coffee and ER+
Hmm. I used to drink 20 cups of coffee a day from my early 20's till my late 30's. And I had hormone treatment to stop my growth at age 14 - 16. My cancer showed up at 44. That would be the 30 year timespan. Interesting. Thank you for posting.
I have been thinking that there could be a link to that hormone treatment. And perhaps I was more susceptible to it genetically. My father had prostate cancer.

Re: Coffee and ER+
Awww, crap. Next they'll be telling us sex causes BC! Heck, can't drink alcohol, can't eat fats, can't drink coffee....maybe this is the new health care kicking in. We'll be so miserable, we'll just kill ourselves. Then there will be a study about how BC makes patients so depressed they kill themselves.....s&%t!

Re: Coffee and ER+
LOL Laurel...
You know, we've been hearing about coffee being protective in regards to liver cancer, etc... so I had gone back to my one cup (about 3 times a week) ~ but now I have to consider the estrogen component. Crap on a crapstick.

Crap on a crapstick is fine too. Hard to find outside of State Fairs, though.
