I was reading recently of 4 levels being body, mind, spirit and soul. Each level having connections with the next. Was very interesting.
Peace is born out of
equanimity and balance.
Balance is flexiblity,
an ability to adjust graciously to change.
Equanimity arises when we
accept the way things are.
