If I ever need another sleeve, I will probably get one of the lymphediva sleeves. There are several testimonials about women exercising and finding them comfortable. And they are sure a lot cuter than my current one.
I bet you could ask if they stay put during workouts. They have a "diamond" band inside which is non-slip like silicone, but supposedly more comfortable.
