Hi John- I am happy to hear Kathy's mets are stable. I do not have any experience with mets, but I did suffer from sciatica for years. Pregnancy and beyond. I do not know if this is something that might help- but it sure knocked my pain down to nothing. The SacroWedgy is a little form that you lay on (need a neck pillow or a rolled up towel too) and it helps your pelvic area relax- losing the tension that causes inflammation and pain. It only took a week or so of using it before my pain was gone.

Anyway, it sure helped me and thought it would be worth a mention. Because that kind of pain is severe!
