I like to sprinkle ground flax seed, wheat germ and blueberries on my yogurt. Also, you can increase Omega-3 in your diet by switching from "ordinary" eggs to "Eggland's Best" or another brand higher in O-3's. Eat more fresh-caught salmon, and cold-water fish like cod or haddock. Also, I use "Smart-Balance" products, maybe someone can tell me if that one is all it's cracked up to be, but it makes sense to me. Good Luck and God bless you all,, Love, Bill
