Maybe a little encouragement

I got the results from my ECHO on Thursday - the first one since I went off Herceptin - and my LVEF is up to 73! The ones prior to entering the trial were 65 and 68. The 68 was "longer after" my last herceptin treatment, so maybe there is a difference when in the cycle you get the test done, as someone else said, get the test the day before your herceptin. But the 73 is for me a personal best since they have been measuring it, it was at some points in the mid-low 50's. So a break from the Herceptin may turn things around for you quickly and possibly allow you to get into the trial after all.
