Prayers needed for a dear friend

A very dear friend of mine was just diagnosed with mesothelioma which has a very poor prognosis and is incurable. As far as she and her family know, none of them have been exposed to asbestos which is how you get this cancer. She is contacting schools she attended to check if there was an asbestos problem. She is in healthcare and provides home physicals for insurance companies. She has a history as a teenager of thyroid cancer due to radiation given to her to treat her tonsils but has had a clean bill of health since then. She has an appointment Wednesday at the University of Chicago which is known to be in the forefront of this disease. Please keep her in your prayers.

I am so sorry to hear that. I will add her to my prayers. I'm so glad she has someone like you to talk to at a time like this that understands what she is going through. That's so important.

Positive thoughts and many prayers coming her way.
